Hello my name is Melanie Chambers, thank you for visiting our website, we are a small family run kennels specialising in 2 breeds of dogs, both breeds we are equally passionate about.

Firstly my own love the German Shepherd Dog, the most versatile dog in the world, brave, loyal, intelligent. I favour the straight back type long or standard coat, all our dogs are health tested with the BVA ie: hip and elbow scored. My husband, son and daughters passion is the Cocker Spaniel, we have mainly working type Cockers, which my family take on shoots, and more recently working trial training, We also own some Show type Cockers or should I say "we are owned" by some Show Cockers, just the sweetest natured girls and such fun. All our Cockers are dna tested for prcd-PRA and FN at the very least some such as my Daughters stud dogs have many more dna tests and eye testing done with the BVA. All of our dogs mix well together, are used to seeing a lot of people and children, also used to the hustle and bustle of our busy yard, we breed for health and temperament, aiming to produce the best possible example of the breed we can.
